Fu's Repair Shop in Edmonton serves playful dim sum-inspired dishes and cocktails in a speakeasy setting made for a memorable night out. Hidden behind the guise of a 1980s electronics repair shop, this restaurant and bar brings its “We fix you” motto to life through food, drinks and atmosphere. The menu blends dim sum influences with the spirit of a Hong Kong diner, all served with a generous sense of fun. Fu's was long-listed among enRoute's top 100 new restaurants and named Edify's best new restaurant in its opening year. In Edify's 2024 Best Restaurants edition, it earned Best Overall Restaurant, Best Cocktails and Best Vibe. It was also featured in Travel Alberta's One Perfect Meal with Ashley Callingbull.
