Remington Carriage Museum
Remington Carriage Museum in Cardston brings horse-drawn transportation to life through interactive displays and family activities. Explore more than 330 carriages, wagons and sleighs, see horses and watch skilled work unfold in the restoration shop. The collection began with 48 vehicles donated by local collector and restorer Don Remington. Guided tours are included with admission, subject to availability. In July and August, take an approximately 15-minute ride through the Lee Creek Valley in a park touring carriage. The wheelchair-accessible museum also has a gift shop, visitor information centre, free onsite parking for cars, buses and recreational vehicles and a free year-round picnic area. Service animals are welcome. Groups of 15 or more can book discounted rates in advance, and guided group tours should be requested at least seven days ahead.
